Condition

Executed on cream laid paper, laid down on thick card. The upper and lower edges are deckled, there are some intermittent nicks and small paper losses to the deckle. The sheet is time-stained and there is a small vertical tear to the centre of the extreme upper edge. There are a few scattered tiny fox marks and a small stain to the extreme edge below the signature. Otherwise this work is in overall good condition. Colours: overall fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, though slightly more intense in the original.
