Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, laid down on canvas. The sheet is slightly time-stained and there is some wear to parts of the extreme edges, with some associated nicks and small paper losses (not visible when framed). There are some scattered small spots of discolouration towards the upper edge and some fine lines of craquelure to the blue pigments with associated minute losses. There are a few scuff lines to the upper part of the background. Otherwise, this work is in overall good condition.
