Condition
Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down, and t-hinged to the mount in two places on the upper edge. The sheet is slightly time-stained and there is some scattered foxing, most of which is away from the figures themselves. There is a gentle undulation to parts of the sheet and a pale water stain to the centre of the lower edge. There are some minor creases, and the extreme edges are slightly discoloured. There is some quite substantial residual paper to the verso, probably from previous mounting. Otherwise, this work is in overall fairly good condition.
Colours: overall fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, though the paper tone is slightly warmer in the original.
