Catalogue Note

The total diamond weight is approximately 7.39 carats.

With a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin, an extra link and a presentation box with outer packaging. Further with an Extract from the Archives confirming production in 1994 and sale on January 11th, 1995.

The Ref. 3800/108 was the most highly jeweled variation of the Nautilus model and the only version to feature a fully pave diamond set dial, advertised in literature from 1995 until 2002 this is the only known example of 3800/108 with 11 baguette emeralds set in the dial as mentioned on the extract from the archives. Possibly made as a special request for an important client, such was the extortionate cost when available and subsequent rarity today only 2 other versions of the 3800/108 have appeared at auction previously, both featuring baguette stones on only the quarter numerals.

For a yellow gold version of the Ref.3800/108 with quarter ruby indexes see the book Patek Philippe by Martin Huber and Alan Banberry, Volume 2 second edition page 77.
