• quartz movement, pale semi-translucent agate dial with Roman numerals, gold hands, three subsidiary dials for day (in French), date, four year month cycle, additional lapis lazuli dial with sector for phases of the moon, the octagonal shaped case with diamond set bezel, ruby set cabochon crown, clock dial surmounted on a fluted rectangular rock crystal column, on shaped onyx base, two sculptural gold swans elaborately decorated with multi-coloured mother-of-pearl plumage, each swan with onyx and tourmaline beak, emerald set eyes, on pearl base above an onyx platform, the whole scene set on a rectangular rock crystal plinth with chamfered corners • case, dial and movement signed
Condition
Overall in very nice and presentable condition. Swans beautifully sculptured - all mother-of-pearl is present and intact. Dial is intact - movement will receive new battery.
