Catalogue Note

As early as the 1960’s Patek Philippe began incorporating skilled artisan techniques such as enameling, s engraving and skeletonisation in watches. Employing the services of some of the highest skilled crafts-people in the industry the company created, as unique examples, stunning pocket watches featuring skills considered by to be lost arts. The engraved design to the reverse is remarked on the extract from the archives as “Vulcane”.
