• cal. 4030 nickel lever movement, 31 jewels • bi-colour champagne and black dial with applied luminous baton indexes and hands, subsidiary dials for constant second, 12-hour and 30-minute registers, outer minute and 1/5 second divisions • 18k yellow gold brushed and polished Oyster case, gold bezel calibrated to 200 units, screw-down protected crown, pushers and back • case, dial and movement signed • with an 18k yellow gold Oyster bracelet
Condition
Movement is in working order while cataloguing and the chronograph function appears fully operational, but it has not been tested for the accuracy of time keeping and a service might be required at the buyer's expense. Dial in very good condition. Case in very good condition, bracelet remains with plastic protection.

Catalogue Note
This rare collector’s timepiece, complete with all its accessories, is one of the earliest versions of the 16528 reference. The watch’s dial is especially notable for its so-called ‘floating’ Daytona signature which is unusually separated from the text above.
