Condition
The movement is running and repeating correctly at the time of cataloguing. Dial in good condition. Case in good condition. Engraved with initials JM. The watch received a full service from Patek Philippe is 1994. Overall this watch is in beautiful condition.

Catalogue Note
The five-minute repeating watch was developed in England around 1710 by Samuel Watson. Watson was made Free of the Clockmakers’ Company in London in 1687 and made clocks for King Charles II and Sir Isaac Newton. Watson also invented the first known stop watch with heart rate measurement. Five minute repeating watches are considerably rare then quarter and minute repeating watches and examples by Patek Philippe rarely appear on the market
