Catalogue Note

Richard Mille began working in the watch industry in 1974, however it was not until 2001 that he released the first watch from his own company. Since that time, he has become one of the greatest innovators in terms of technical development, cutting-edge materials and forward-looking style.

Inspired by the perfection found in the Formula-1 racing circuit, Richard Mille creates his innovative and performance-oriented wristwatches using non-traditional materials, such as ceramics, new metallic alloys and carbon fibre compounds. The company does not produce watches with standard metal parts, as many of the gears and pieces that make up the movement are custom-made for individual models.

The RM 025 represents Richard Mille's first venture into the world of diving watches. This watch aims to redefine the rules of diving watches combining the complications of tourbillon, chronograph, power reserve and torque indication within an impressive and massive water resistant case.
