Condition

Very good condition overall with some oxydation and verdegris to the surface which may be removed by cleaning. Very decorative bronzes, finely cast. A few chips to the edges of the marble base.

L'auteur de ce bronze pourrait être identifié comme étant Demetrio Pieri, sculpteur actif à Rome au XVIIIe siècle, dans l'atelier d'Antonio Canova (1757-1822).
