le premier, une boîte à allumettes en or et émail, France, vers 1890, peinte en plein de scènes de style Renaissance, poinçon de contrôle français (tête d'aigle); le deuxième, un sceau en verre et montures en feuilles d'acanthe en or de 14ct, la matrice gravée d'armoiries, apparemment non poinçonné; et une petite boîte ovale à épingles en or, le couvercle orné d'une gravure du Grand Palais, apparemment non poinçonnée

the first, a gold and enamel vesta case, France, circa 1890, letter box form, painted en plein with Renaissance subjects, striker base, French tête d'aigle control mark ; the second, a glass desk seal with 14ct gold acanthus mounts, the matrix engraved with a coat-of0-arms, probably German, apparently unmarked ; and a small oval gold pinbox, the lid inset with a print of Le Grand Palais, apparently unmarked
