Designed as a turtle set with a cabochon turquoise shell and fluted lapis lazuli limbs, the shell decorated with round sapphires weighing approximately 4.30 carats framed within gold ropetwists, the eyes and body further set with round and marquise-shaped diamonds weighing approximately 1.85 carats, signed Webb.
Condition
In good condition. The cabochon turquoise representing the shell of the turtle is medium-light slightly greenish blue with some light color mottling, most apparent on the reverse. The lapis lazuli segments are opaque deep blue and intact, with a few flecks of pyrite. The sapphires are medium slightly violetish blue, lightly included and semi-transparent. The diamonds are approximately H-J color, VS clarity. Signed on an applied plaque on the reverse.
