The first pair centered by two lapis lazuli cabochons, within inlaid mother-of-pearl surrounds, signed Angela Cummings, ©1984; the second pair with bands of black jade, signed T& Co.; together with one circular 18 karat gold and lapis lazuli earclip.
Condition
Both pairs in good condition. LAPIS & MOTHER-OF-PEARL EARCLIPS: The lapis lazuli cabochons are opaque, medium dark slightly violetish blue with a waxy luster, the top of each displays moderate scratching when viewed under magnification. All of the mother-of-pearl plaques are intact. The gold exhibiting scratching due to wear and some spots of tarnish at the bezel settings. Fitted with omega backs. GOLD AND BLACK JADE EARCLIPS: The gold bands exhibiting scratching and denting due to wear. Fitted with omega backs. EXTRA EARCLIP: In good condition with very minor discoloration to the gold. The lapis lazuli is medium dark blue with a waxy luster and presenting an even polish.
