Description

  • platinum, gold, emerald, diamond
Set with numerous old European and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 7.25 carats, suspending five emerald drops measuring approximately 11.1 by 9.3 mm to 9.5 by 8.3 mm, length 15 inches, clasp signed Webb.

Condition

In good condition. The tumbled emerald drops are semi-transparent medium slightly bluish green and range from moderately to heavily included, most of the drops with signficant surface abrasions. The diamonds are approximately H-J color, VS-SI clarity. The front of the necklace looks to be circa 1920, while the back chain and plunger-style clasp was probably later added by David Webb.
