Platinum, Fancy Brown-Yellow Diamond and Diamond Ring, J.E. Caldwell

Centered by a pear-shaped Fancy Brown-Yellow diamond weighing 6.03 carats, flanked by two tapered baguette diamonds weighing approximately .45 carat, size 6¼, signed J.E.C. & Co., numbered W8201, 1964.

In good condition with shank slightly out of round and light surface scratching to the platinum. The two tapered baguette diamonds are approximately G-H color, VS-SI clarity. Signed and numbered on the inner shank. The diamond is slightly less dark and slightly more yellowish than appears in the printed catalogue. Copy of invoice from J.E. Caldwell dated 1964. Accompanied by GIA report no. 2145933542 stating that the diamond is Fancy Brown-Yellow, Natural Color, VS1 clarity.
