Designed as carved coral Pinocchios with articulated arms, decorated with small round red and green stones, the shoes applied with black enamel, accented with and suspended by round diamonds weighing approximately 1.95 carats, signed MdV. With a signed box in the shape of a whale.
Condition
In good condition overall with evidence of light wear to the coral and enamel, minor surface scratching to the gold at the bottom of the shoe. The coral is a medium light pinkish orange with some spots of lighter and darker tones, well matched for color. The red and green stones are lightly included with no eye-visible inclusions. Evidence of minor enamel loss, but otherwise intact. The diamonds are approximately H-J color, VS clarity. Signed on the bottom of the feet of one of the Pinocchio figures. Length approximately 3 1/2 inches.
