Condition
With scattered age and construction cracks, dents and abrasions with most cracks to top. Some areas of lifting and buckling to marquetry with patches and areas of restoration; some losses to marquetry. Veneer with fine cracks and small chips; not extensive and with the largest losses to right side; center of right panel with restoration; two losses (one about 1 in. sq. and the other 4 in. long) to the right back leg. Light surface damage and scratches around the bottom right mount; chips, scratches, and small areas of buckling to legs and feet. Refinished. One mount detached but present. Ormolu with oxidation, surface dirt and some rubbing.
