Condition

Window mounted. Somewhat irregular edges. Light brown stain towards top right. A little surface dirt, but otherwise generally good condition.

Catalogue Note

Though Mr. Holland considered this finely drawn nature study Guercinesque, and attributed it to Pietro Palmieri, it actually seems much closer to the drawings of the Austrian baroque artist, Paul Troger.
