Condition

Tarquinius Superbus throwing Servius Tullius down the steps of the Senate: This work has been very well preserved. The medium remains strong and the paper is not discoloured. The sheet has been laid down. Study after a Roman terracotta relief: The pen and ink has remained in good condition, however it appears to have lighted with age. Throughout the sheet there are occasional soft creases. Towards the lower right hand corner there is an unobtrusive fox-mark. The sheet has not been laid down.
