Condition

Laid down. Light brown staining around the margins, more noticeable at the upper right corner. Lower left corner - tip has been made up. There is a vertical crease running from the bottom of the triangle along the side of God the Father's face (black chalk study below). The medium remains strong and image still good.

Entirely characteristic of Luini's style, this sheet can be compared with A Seated Prophet, see lot 408.
