The ring centring on a cabochon sapphire weighing approximately 4.80 carats, to a dome-shaped mount set with circular-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 1.10 carats, embellished by cabochon rubies and sapphires, signed Chaumet London; the brooch modelled as a flower basket, set with circular-cut, marquise- and pear-shaped diamonds together weighing approximately 2.50 carats; mounted in 18 karat yellow gold. (2) Ring size: 4ΒΌ
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the sapphire is of light to medium blue colour, highly translucent, under 10x loupe, there is a fingerprint inclusion and surface reaching feather. The smaller cabochon rubies are of intense purplish red colour and sapphires of medium blue colour, similar inclusions. The diamonds are about J-K colours, VS-SI clarity. The diamonds on the brooch are about I-K colours, VS-SI clarity. Signed Italy.
Condition: Ring shows scratches and wear to the mount consistent with you, slightly bent to an oval shape. Brooch with minor signs of wear. In good condition.
