The first ring centring on a star ruby weighing 4.21 carats, flanked on each side by three pear-shaped diamonds; and the second ring centring on a step-cut emerald weighing 2.08 carats, to a stylised mount set with brilliant-cut diamonds; the diamonds altogether weighing approximately 1.95 carats, mounted in platinum. (2) Ring size: 5 ¼ and 5¾ respectively
Condition
Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the star ruby is semi-translucent medium purplish red colour, with fair asterism upon spot lighting. Upon 10x loupe, it is included with colour zoning, not visible when worn. Emerald is of medium to intense green colour, slightly included to naked eyes. Upon 10x loupe, there are some natural inclusions, minor surface fissure lines, overall not seen to naked eyes. Diamonds on both rings are about F to H colour, VS to SI clarity.
Condition: Platinum mount. In very good condition.

Accompanied by GRS report numbered GRS2013-098980, dated 30 September 2013, stating that the 4.21 carat star ruby is natural, of Burmese origin, with indication of thermal treatment. Also accompanied by GRS report numbered GRS2013-098982, dated 30 September 2013, stating that the 2.08 carat emerald is natural, of Colombian origin, with minor to moderate clarity enhancement.
