Onyx and diamond brooch, 1920s

Of open work scalloped design, centring on a rose spray set with circular- and single-cut diamonds, within a border of calibré-cut onyx, French assay and maker's marks.

Stamped with French assay mark for platinum. Onyx in good condition. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.00 - 2.00 carats, estimated colour and clarity H-I and Si on average, some stones I/included. Pin secure, later catch. Some abrasions consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
