Description

Centring on an oval mixed-cut sapphire, framed by lines of circular-cut diamonds, French import marks.

Condition

Stamped with French import marks for platinum. Sapphire medium blue, measuring approximately 13.4 x 12.0 x 9.2mm, calculated to weigh approximately 11.50 carats, as gauged in mounting, good clarity with a few characteristic inclusions and colour zoning visible to naked eye and under magnification. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.50 - 3.50 carats, estimated colour and clarity H-I and Vs on average. Fine abrasions to metal consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
