Description

Centring on an octagonal emerald, set to either side with circular- and step-cut emeralds and circular-cut and oval diamonds.
Condition
Accompanied by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory no. 08930, stating that the emerald shows evidence of moderate clarity enhancement, origin opinion Colombia.
Central emerald with typical inclusions visible to naked eye and under magnification, some slight abrasions to surface, remaining emeralds less saturated in colour, one stone with large chip. Diamonds weighing approximately 1.00 - 1.30, estimated colour H-I, estimated clarity SI on average, one diamond cracked. One end of brooch slightly bent. Some abrasions to mount consistent with wear. In good condition.
