Description
- platinum, gold, diamonds, emeralds
Comprising: a bar brooch with annular terminals set with calibré-cut emeralds and circular-cut diamonds, converted from a jabot pin, later brooch fitting; and a trefoil openwork brooch set to the centre with a step-cut emerald and highlighted with circular-cut diamonds
Condition
Bar brooch: Emerald pale green, with characteristic inclusions visible to naked eye and under magnification, some emerald with minor abrasions. Total diamond weight approximately 1.00 - 1.50 carats, stones bright and lively. Brooch pin secure with safety catch to side.
Trefoil brooch: Emerald pale green, measuring approximately 11.3 x 9.1 x 6.8mm, calculated to weigh approximately 4.30 carats, some surface-reaching fissures. Total diamond weight approximately 1.50 - 2.00 carats, estimated colour and clarity I-K and Si on average.
