Sapphire, yellow sapphire, garnet and diamond floral brooch, 1950s

Of bouquet design, the curved leaves and floral stems set with oval sapphires, circular-cut yellow sapphires and brilliant-cut diamonds, gathered by a brilliant-cut diamond ribbon, with fancy-shaped yellow sapphire and marquise-shaped garnet floral cluster highlight, inscribed Tiffany.

Inscribed Tiffany. Garnets with characteristic inclusions visible to naked eye and under magnification. Sapphires pale blue, with characteristic inclusions and colour striations visible to naked eye and under magnification. Yellow sapphires very pale yellow, a few characteristic inclusions and colour striation visible to naked eye and under magnification. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.10 - 0.20 carats, stones bright and lively. Minor abrasions to metal consistent with wear. Brooch pin secure. In good condition.
