The rectangular compact of reeded design, the thumb piece set with carrĂ©-cut sapphires, opening to reveal a mirror, measuring approximately 82 x 61 x 13mm, signed Cartier, maker's marks and British hallmarks for London 1961.

Condition

Signed Cartier London with maker's marks. British hallmarks for London 1961. Stamped 18 for 18 carat gold. Gross weight approximately 161.4 grams including mirror. Sapphires with abrasions to facet edges. Minor abrasions to metal consistent with age and wear. In good condition. Accompanied by leather case.
