Description

Comprising: an enamel brooch designed as a lotus flower centring on a star motif set with circular-cut diamonds, later brooch pin; and an eight pointed star brooch set with circular-cut diamonds; each with hinged pendant bail.

Condition

Each mounted in silver and gold. Enamel brooch: scratched inventory number 47/422. Enamel in very good condition with minor traces of dirt. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 3.00 - 4.00 carats, estimated colour and clarity I-J and Si-I on average, including some surface-reaching feather and chips. Pin later added with some small solder traces, secure with safety catch. Loop for pendant. Star brooch: scratched inventory number 47/417. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 3.50 - 4.50 carats, estimated colour and clarity I-J and Si on average, some stones I/included including some surface reaching chips. Detachable brooch pin slightly bent, secure with safety catch. Two pendant loops. Each with abrasions and tarnish to metal consistent with wear and age. In good condition.
