Centring on a collet-set cushion-shaped yellow sapphire within a surround set with circular-cut sapphires and brilliant-cut diamonds, size M.

Accompanied by CISGEM report no. 81455, stating that the yellow sapphire is natural with no indications of heating. Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Yellow sapphire slightly orangey yellow, measuring approximately 15.0 x 10.0 x 9.5 mm, calculated to weigh approximately 12.50 carats, with a few characteristic inclusions visible to naked eye and under magnification. Sapphires medium blue with characteristic inclusions visible mainly under magnification. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.50 - 1.00 carats, stones bright and lively. Some abrasions to metal consistent with wear. Overall in good condition.
