Condition
Reduced in width with the cut running allong left edge of field. Pile generally low to knotheads due to wear showing foundation throughout. Warps stringing in center of carpet. Old faded repiling, particularly along left side of field. Holes and tears, stains. Several patches from other areas of the carpet inserted, largest patch approximately 10in. by 2.5in. in upper quarter of field. Sides with remnants of original selvages but mostly resalveged; now with fraying and losses. Missing outer end guard stripes and with small losses to end guard borders. Reverse with glue residue. WIll enhance with cleaning and restoration.
