Condition
Very good, thick, nearly 1/4" pile overall. Some oxidized browns, low to knotheads at upper end of field.
Scattered spot stains and surface dirt.
A 7" repaired slit on lower half of field, visible on reverse.
Scattered slits throughout carpet.
Original selvages, with some later overcasting.
Upper end with partial original kilim end finish.
Lower end with minor losses to end guardstripe, now with cloth tape sewn to reverse.
Will enhance with cleaning.
Flexible handle, dense, robust weave, good overall condition.
