Pile ranges from 1/6" to low to knotheads in areas of scattered foldwear and oxidized dark browns.
A 14x2" vertical reweave in inner guard border in lower left corner.
An 8x1" irregular reweave to upper end outer guard border and a 1x1" reweave to upper left corner.
Two 4x1/2" reweaves to left side outer guard stripes.
A small 1x1/2" reweave on same side along edge.
Sides original with some minor later overcasting.
Ends secured with chain stitch.
Lustrous wool, supple handle.
