each piece painted in green with leafy flower sprays, comprising: a circular soup tureen and cover, a small oval tureen and cover, two wine coolers in sizes, an oval vegetable dish and cover, a small cake plate and cover, a shell-shaped dish, a small leaf-shaped dish, a small scallop-shaped dish, a small circular basketweave dish, a butter dish and cover, eighty-six 11-inch plates, thirty-seven soup plates, thirty-six 10-inch plates, forty-six 9 1/2-inch reticulated plates, one-hundred-and-twenty-seven 9-inch plates, sixty-five 8 1/4-inch plates, thirty-eight 7 1/2-inch plates, forty-four 6-inch plates, nine berry dishes, twenty-three dessert bowls, eight small butter dishes, fifty-two two-handled soup cups in two shapes and sixty-six saucers, three teapots and one cover, forty-six teacups in two shapes and forty-three saucers, forty coffee cups in two shapes and fifty-three saucers, two sugar bowls and covers, two milk jugs, a small octagonal box and cover, a small domed circular box and cover, a miniature bottle vase and eleven place card holders, standard printed factory marks. Together with a Herend 'Indian Basket' part dinner service, comprising: twenty 10-inch plates and six 7 1/2-inch plates, standard printed factory marks. 887 pieces.

Condition

All in generally good condition, except: Generally very few plates have some very minor, occasional wear to the glaze in the cavetto area. Scallop-shaped dish: Broken into two pieces and glued back; together with an associated rim chip. 11-inch plates: One with an approximate 1-inch flat chip to the underside of the rim together with two very small associated rim chips. 10-inch plates: One with an approximate 1/2-inch flat chip to the underside of the rim. 8 1/4-inch plates: One with a very fine starcrack in the center; another with a rim chip issuing a fine haircrack running from the rim to the center. Small butter dishes: One with one corner chipped way and glued back. Two-handled soup cups and saucers: Two, each with a small rim chip. Teapots and one cover: One teapot has the tip of its spout broken into several pieces and glued back; one of the pieces is now retained. Teacups and saucers:One tea cup with a small footrim chip. Coffee cups and saucers: Three saucers, each with a fine haircrack running down the rim. Another saucer with two small restored rim chips, of which one issues a fine haircrack running down the rim. One small coffee cup has a small rim chip issuing a haircrack; another with a small rimchip. Sugar bowls and covers: One cover with very tiny chips to the edges of the rose-bud-formed knop.
