Condition
Overall poor condition; the globes each with old cracks and minor restorations and small losses throughout; the horizon rings of each with small paper losses and restorations; the stands appear to be in good condition, though are sun-faded; one stand lacking three brackets to quarter supports; each lacking compass and stretchers; the other stand lacking two brackets and one bracket loose but present; the celestial globe is flaking in places and the horizon ring has a taped repair; globes and horizon rings would benefit from sympathetic conservation
