Catalogue Note
Colophon:
In his daily life Qingzhu was a very diligent reader and jotted down notes as he pleased. Thus many of his reading notes have survived. I myself have seen several dozen volumes of them. This volume, containing notes on the Guoyu and annotations of Guanzi and Huainanzi, matches the categories of reading notes recorded in Qingzhu quanji (Complete Writings of Qingzhu) edited and published by Ding Baoling during the Xuantong reign. In addition, this volume contains a seven-character regulated verse and a seven-character lyric that are not in Quanji. It is a pity that Ding had not seen them when he edited and published the collection.
Inscribed by Xia'an Cai Gongzhuo.
