each cast seated on its haunches, its head covered with a tightly curled mane, mouth agape, below fierce expressive eyes and curled eyebrows, a collar encircling its chest tied at the back with knotted ribbons and suspending a bell from a lion-mask form-ornament, the slightly larger male with right paw resting on a brocade ball, the female with left paw suppressing a lively cub (2)
Condition
There is general wear and scattered minor casting flaws to both lions. One has small patches and touch-ups. Otherwise, they are both in overall good condition.
