the octagonally facetted baluster body rising from a short spreading foot to short neck, brightly painted in rich cobalt-blue tones to each facet with a rectangular panel enclosing birds amongst flowering blooms reserved on a dense floret ground, the domed and facetted cover similarly decorated and surmounted by a lotus bud finial
Condition
This vase is in good condition, but does have som fritting to the base and to the area below the knop on the cover. There are also some iron spots, burst bubbles and scratches to the glaze.
