seated on a rocky ledge with his right hand holding a basket of lingzhi fungus, the left arm lowered to grasp the ends of a ribbon tied around the waist securing a double-gourd vase to the reverse, the wrinkled face with a gentle smile and surmounted by a cap

Condition

This carving is in fair condition, but has an area of damage and loss to the front of the immortal's robe and a small section of the base to the right of his left left foot. There is a 2cm vertical age crack to the lower section (rockwork) of the back.
