Description

each with rounded sides rising from a short foot to a flared rim, the exterior covered in a pale egg-yolk yellow glaze stopping neatly at the foot, the interior and base glazed white, the base inscribed with a six-character reign mark within a double-square

Condition

Both cups have been recenlty restored. One has a restored 6.5cm semi-circular section of the rim where it has been broken into four pieces. The other has a small wedge-shaped break to the rim with associated cracks. (Pre restoration images are available).
