finely woven in bright colours on a blue ground depicting a court oficial, probably the Minister of Official Personnel Affairs and his attendant, perspex case

Condition

This kesi panel is in good condition but the colours have faded and there are minor holes and creasing to the left of his hat. There is some white scuffing/staining tot he had and to the area to the right of this. There are some minor repairs, splits and holes to his robes. There is some minor silver fish damage to two places to the lower centra left hand edge and some minor tears, foxing and creases to the paper mount.
