Description

  • jade
carved recumbent with the horned head looking forward, its scaly body detailed with a prominent dorsal spine, the wings extended to form flame-like projections, the opaque stone of a greyish celadon tone suffused with milky-white and caramel inclusions

Condition

The stone of a much less yellowish tone than as seen in the catalogue image. In reality the jade is a much more creamy-beige colour. In very good condition. Minor natural stone flaws and inclusions.
