Description
- Porcelain
of flared form with a gently bulbous middle section, painted to the exterior with a grasshopper perched on leafy branches of cockscomb issuing from pierced rocks in a garden, all above an undulating ruyi scroll, the foot skirted with ruyi-shaped lappets, all divided by incised floral scroll and chevron borders

Condition
In good general condition, with the exception of an 8mm hairline crack to the rim, a 20mm firing crack to the base and numerous small glaze frits and burst air bubbles to the rim. The underglaze blue slightly blurred.
