Description

  • bronze
the bombé body rising from a spreading foot, flanked by a pair of loop handles, decorated overall with small irregular splashes of gold, the base impressed with an apocryphal Xuande mark within a rectangle

Condition

The censer is in very good condition with the exception of a tiny nick to the edge of the foot and a very slight and small depression to the rim.
