the gnarled and knotted root naturalistically carved as a rocky mountain cliff scattered with pine and other trees, with two figures standing on a ledge at the bottom of a long flight of steps leading up to a pavilion partly hidden behind a gnarled boulder, signed Fang Gulin, the wood of a silvery brown tone, fitted wood base
Condition
There are overall age cracks running vertically down the brushpot, as consistent of age. Apart from minor nibbling along the extremities and surface scratches, the brushpot is in very good condition.
