the curved sides rising from a straight foot to an everted rim, applied to the exterior with pointed lappets and a fish just below the rim, the interior similarly decorated with a fish, covered overall in a sea-green glaze pooling in the recessed areas, the unglazed footring burnt to a buff-orange tone

Condition

This rare dish is in very good condition with the exception of some minor flakes to the base of the footring, a slight warp to the body and glaze crazing to the interior and exterior.
