gouache on ivory, each variously depicting a Chinese merchant dressed in official attire and seated within a terraced garden or elaborate interior, set within original glazed brocade boxes
Condition
Each one inspected outside of its domed glass cover and frame. Each with minor fraying and losses to the paper borders and very minor losses to the painting to the edges. The lower right painting in catalogue image with a small chip to upper right hand corner.
