of rectangular form, carved to one face with a scholar in a pavilion by a lotus pond and his attendant standing by the banks, the reverse with an inscription and signed Zigang, all framed by confronted kui dragon scrolls, the stone of a pale celadon tone

Condition

The plaque is in excellent condition. The stone is of a slightly whiter tone compared to the catalogue illustration.
