the terminal in the form of a dragon-head with bulging eyes and baring teeth, the shaft carved in high relief with a clambering chilong grasping a sprig of scrolling leaf between its jaws, the reverse with a round knop in the form of a flower-head, the stone of an even white tone

Condition

The belthook is in excellent condition. The colour is consistent with the catalogue illustration.
