  • cloisonne enamel
the pear-shaped body rising from a spreading foot to a waisted neck, flanked by a pair of animal mask handles suspending loose rings, brightly enamelled against a turquoise ground with birds and flowers, all between various lotus and floral bands, the foot bordered by leafy lingzhi heads

Condition

There is slight restoration the the enamels at the rim and a 6cm by 6cm area below one handle. There is also a 3cm by 3cm area of repair ro the enamels to the centre of one side.There is pitting to the enamel throughout.
